Claude consulting

Claude, set up properly for your business.

We are Claude consultants as well as Salesforce partners. We help small and midsize businesses choose the right Claude plan, connect it to the systems they already run, put sensible guardrails around it, and train the team so it becomes part of how work gets done rather than a novelty in a browser tab.

  • Vancouver, BC. Remote across Canada and the US.
  • Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
  • Teams of 5 to 250

What a Claude engagement covers.

Pick the pieces you need. Most clients start with setup and training, and add integration once the team has a feel for what Claude is good at.

Advisory and plan selection

Which Claude plan fits (Team, Enterprise, or API access), what it should and should not be used for in your business, and what it will cost at your seat count. We also give a straight answer on where Claude beats the alternatives and where it does not.

Setup and rollout

Workspace creation, single sign-on, seats and roles, shared Projects with your company context, and a rollout plan that starts with the team most likely to get value quickly.

Connecting Claude to your systems

Claude reads from and writes to the tools you already run: Salesforce records and reports, Slack channels, Google Drive and SharePoint documents, email and calendars. We set up the connections, the permissions behind them, and custom tools where a standard connector does not exist.

Governance and guardrails

An acceptable-use policy people will actually read, data-handling rules by category, retention settings, and a short review of what Claude can see through each connection before it goes live.

Team training

Hands-on sessions built around your own work, not generic prompts: sales follow-ups, support replies, reporting, proposals, meeting notes. Everyone leaves with three things they will use tomorrow.

Claude inside Salesforce

Agentforce agents that run on Claude, Prompt Builder templates, and the Salesforce data they are grounded on. This is where our Salesforce and Claude work meet, and it is the combination most of our clients are asking about.

Where Claude earns its seat.

The use cases we see pay for themselves first in businesses of our clients' size.

SalesAccount research before a call, follow-up emails from CRM notes, proposal first drafts, pipeline summaries for the Monday meeting.
Customer supportSuggested replies from the case history, tone checks, knowledge article drafts, and triage that reads the whole thread.
Operations and financeTurning spreadsheets into answers, writing procedures, reconciling vendor documents, drafting board and lender updates.
MarketingCampaign copy in your voice from a shared Project, repurposing one piece across channels, and reporting narratives.
LeadershipMeeting summaries with decisions and owners, document review, and a private thinking partner that knows the company context.
Salesforce adminsFormula and flow help, data-cleanup scripts, release notes in plain English, and documentation that finally gets written.

How an engagement runs.

Four to eight weeks for most teams. Fixed scope, fixed price, one point of contact.

  1. AssessA half-day with the people who will use it most. We map the work, the systems it touches and the data that must stay put.
  2. PilotOne team, two weeks, real tasks. Shared Projects and the first connections in place. We measure what got faster.
  3. Roll outSeats, policy, connections and integrations for everyone else, with the pilot team as the internal champions.
  4. Train and supportRole-based sessions, a short internal playbook, and a support window while habits form.

Questions we get asked first.

Is our data used to train Claude?

No. On Claude's business plans and the API, your conversations and files are not used to train models. We walk through the data-handling terms with you and set retention to match your policy.

Claude or Agentforce? Or both?

Different tools for different jobs. Agentforce runs agents inside Salesforce against your CRM data and can use Claude as its model. Claude on its own is the everyday assistant for the whole company. Most of our clients end up with both, and we build the Salesforce side so they work together.

Can Claude read our Salesforce data?

Yes, through a connection we set up with the same permissions the user already has in Salesforce. Claude sees what that person could see in the CRM, nothing more. We test that boundary before go-live.

What does it cost?

Claude seats are billed by Anthropic. Our work is fixed price per phase, quoted after the assessment. A setup-and-training engagement for a team of twenty is typically a few weeks of work, not a quarter.

We are not on Salesforce. Can you still help?

Yes. Setup, governance, training and integrations to Slack, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 do not depend on Salesforce at all.
